Overview of Role: You will be the third marketing hire at a fast growing company that provides ample opportunity professional growth – joining us during an exciting time of unprecedented growth within the eCommerce sector. You are mostly expected to assist with day-to-day tasks that support our rapidly expanding eCommerce operations. You will be assist the Director of Marketing & eCommerce in any and all respects as we continue to build and expand one of the world´s most well-established hammock brands in a new market (North America)
Initially, the role will be focused on catalog management and prduct listing enrichment for all major ecommerce channels , including Amazon , Wayfair and our own online store.
Main responsabilities includes:
-Product Catalog Management, update prices , SKU´s , product specs , product photos , etc , and add new products to existing catalogs
-Assist with merchandising , creating product sets , landing pages , and category pages
-Responsabile for getting all products and content on-site in a timely manner
-Reviews UGC (product reviews , etc) and identifies product issues and improvement strategies.
-Monitor site traffic, conversion rates , bounce rates, site speed , etc thtough Google Analyticcs and work with Digital Marketing team , analyze site metrics to connect web behavioral profiles to customer , sales, and merchandising data.
-Assists in conversion improvement strategies including A/B testing initiatives , product recommendatios , complete the look , on -site search rules , filtering. etc.
-Complete weekly site audits to ensure correct presentation and optimal customer experience .
-Ensure alignment with all brand initiatives
-Miscellaneous data entry as it rebates to our eCommerce operations
-Manage integrations with marketplaces
-Facilitate coordination an connectionwith external teams.
